2 year hardy plant guarantee

Buy with confidence… we will replace any hardy plant you purchase that does not survive within 2 years of the purchase date, subject to there being no visible signs that the plant has been neglected and that proof of purchase is presented.

Product finding service

We are happy to source any product for you. If unavailable we will offer a suitable alternative.

Help to your car

We understand that some items may be difficult to handle so let us take the load and help you to your car.

Assembly service

If the product you have chosen requires assembly, ask about our in-store service.

Home delivery service

We’ll deliver your in-store purchase direct to your door if you live within a 25 mile radius of the Garden Centre for just £1 per laden mile. For deliveries over 25 miles please contact us for a cost. (Alternative shipping rates apply to purchases from online shop. Click here for details).

Border design service

Let our experts plan and choose the right plants for your border project. Email the size, shape, aspect, soil type and colour scheme and we’ll do the rest, providing you with a detailed breakdown including costs.

Plant identification

Do you have a plant that you don’t recognise? Email a clear image of your mysterious plant and let our experts help you through the identification process.

If you have any ‘Go Green’ issues, email your query to our in-store advisors.  

The Garden Club is absolutely free to all subscribers and offers money saving vouchers, promotional discounts, invitations to in-store shopping days, events and excursions. Plus you’ll be rewarded with 3 pence for every £1 spent (Excludes Sales lines, gift vouchers, garden buildings and purchases in the restaurant)  NEW 2 pence for every £1 spent in our Food Hall .
