beef in black bean sauce, chicken in oyster and spring onion sauce or vegetarian stir-fry. All made from Chef's special recipe and served with egg noodles and a portion of prawn crackers
Homemade Faggots
wrapped in bacon, topped with a rich onion gravy
(also available to purchase fresh from our Food Hall)
Chicken Supreme
filled with sunblushed tomato
& garlic cream cheese, finished with a pimento cream sauce
Pork Rib Eye Steak
honey glazed and treated to a ginger & orange sauce
