Cancellation Policy
Weather conditions;
In the event of adverse weather conditions where RGC (Raglan Garden Centre) are unable to offer the event a full refund will be given. Refunds can only be made using the original card payment type. In the event of adverse weather conditions where RGC host the event but the ticket holder(s) are unable to attend no refund will be apply. Alternatively, another event date will be offered if available.
General;
A full refund will be given if your cancellation is received in writing to RGC at least 7 days prior to the event. Refunds will be made to the same card payment type. No refund will apply if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event.
Changes or amendment to booking;
Changes to your booking should be made in writing to RGC at least 7 days prior to the event.
Photography
Pictures will be taken during the event and may include flash photography. If you have any objection to RGC using the images for promotional purposes and on their website please put in writing to RGC at least 7 days prior to the event.
RGC
reserves the right to amend event content, time and duration.
Christmas Carvery
From 5th December our Chef will be offering a fabulous NEW CARVERY
served Monday to Friday in the Sugarloaf Cafe; fresh local Turkey carved
to order with all the trimmings.
12 noon - 3pm
No reservations necessary...just hassle free dining!
Vegetarian option available.
Party bookings are available from our 'Festive Party Menu'
2 Course £14.50 or 3 Course £18
First Course: Luxury Pate or Chef's Prawn Cocktail

Children's Make your Own Pizza Workshops
Starts on Tuesday 26th July at 10am in the Sugarloaf Cafe
We will running 5 workshops in total which will take place every Tuesday from 26th July. Children roll their own pizza base and choose their own toppings before Chef puts them in to bake. When finished the pizza is boxed to take home.
Only £6 per child...

Vintage & Classic Vehicle Exhibition 2011
If you are interested in registering your vehicle(s) for next year's exhibition
call Karen on 01291 690 751. W e have capacity for up to 80 exhibits and
advance registration is essential.
(Please note the Garden Centre cannot carry liability for any vehicle parked or exhibited)

Easter Egg Decorating (18th - 21st)
from 10am Monday to Thursday - TICKETS ONLY - £6 per child Design an egg this Easter; hollow chocolate egg decoratively iced and wrapped to take home as an eggstra special Easter treat. And after all that hard work the children can sit down and enjoy homemade cookies!
