Childs: Mini Traditional English Breakfast – 1 Local Welsh pork sausage, 1 rasher of back bacon, 1 egg, 1 hash brown, baked beans and white or wholemeal toast and butter, with unlimited orange or apple juice.
Adults: Traditional English Breakfast – 1 Local Welsh pork sausage, 2 rashers of back bacon, 1 egg, ½ grilled tomato, mushrooms, 1 hash brown, baked beans, and white or wholemeal toast and butter, with unlimited breakfast tea, filter coffee, orange or apple juice.
Important Information:
- Due to space can only accommodate two adults per booking
 - Please select delivery as click and collect in the basket screen to process your order.
 - At the check out screen please add the following details known food allergies within the group, name, age & sex of each child.
 - Please allow adequate travel time to arrive at the event for 08:30am start.
 - Your order confirmation will be sent electronically upon completion of the booking.
 - Please present your order confirmation to elf on arrival.

What do I need to bring to gain entry?
Your booking confirmation will have been emailed to you after payment. Please bring this with you, either printed or by showing it on your phone and have it ready to present to the Elf at the entrance of the Restaurant. We operate a no confirmation, no entry policy.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive promptly, approximately 10 minutes before our 08:30am start time.
Will I have to queue?
The starting time for Breakfast with Santa is 8.30am. Depending on how many places have been sold for your session, you may have to queue for a very short time whilst you are taken to your table.
What age is the experience aimed at?
Breakfast with Santa is suitable for all ages. We recommend the maximum age for a child place, which includes a gift from Santa, to be age 10. If, however, you would like your child who is older than this to receive a present, please purchase a child place for them. Older children, who do not wish to receive a present, are welcome to accompany their younger siblings – please purchase an adult place for them.
What is included in the visit?
Adults receive a larger breakfast with unlimited drinks. Children receive a smaller breakfast with unlimited drinks and a gift from Santa.
Is entry for babies free of charge?
Yes, entry for babies under the age of 1 year old is free of charge. Note that babies do not receive a gift from Santa or a meal – if you would like your baby to receive a gift or meal, please choose the full paying child place.
I don’t have a printer – how do I gain entry?
You do not have to print your order confirmation – you can either show it on your phone or simply make a note of the order confirmation Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.
I have lost my confirmation email, what should I do?
Please contact us at info@raglangardencentre.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement. Proof of identity may be required.
Can I take my own photos when we visit?
Yes, you are very welcome to take your own photos throughout the session. There will be no professional photographer or photo gifts to purchase.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets in the Restaurant. Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are always welcome.

Can I bring my pushchair into the Restaurant?
Yes.
We’re more than one family in our party can we sit together?
Yes, please reference the other parties details in the Event Notes in the check out screen, we will make arrangements for you to sit as one group.
Can I cancel my booking and receive a refund?
Full refunds will be given if made in writing at least 7 days before the event, we will arrange for a full refund to be issued to you via the original payment method. If you are unable to attend your event for any reason and can’t tell us more than 7 days in advance, but you do advise us before the start of the event a member of our team will arrange a Restaurant Voucher to the value of your cancelled booking, to be used in the Sugarloaf Restaurant. Valid until 31/03/24.
Do I need to pay for parking?
No there is plenty of parking and it is free.

Bookings limited to a maximum of 2 adults and a minimum of 1 child
Full refunds will be given if made in writing at least 7 days before the event. If you have to cancel within 7 days we will offer a restaurant voucher to the value of your booking valid up to the 31st March 2024. If the event is cancelled a full refund will be given or an alternate booking date offered, subject to availability

NATIONAL DELIVERY (via courier)
- Free Delivery on Garden Furniture for orders over £750
 - We are currently unable to deliver to the following postcodes in Scotland (AB, DD,PH), Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands
 - For customers with product orders under £750 outside of our local delivery zone, please call for a courier quotation – 01291 690751
 
LOCAL DELIVERY COSTS (our own vehicle)
- We support orders for local delivery within a 40-mile radius of the Garden Centre with our delivery vehicle. The minimum order value is £40
 - Free delivery on garden furniture orders over £750
 - Delivery charges start from £10 per delivery
 - Max delivery fee is £60 (40 miles)
 
Due to weight on our vehicle there is a limit on the quantity of aggregates and growing media that can be delivered at any one time.
DELIVERY DETAILS:
- We will aim to contact you within 1 working day of your order to arrange a convenient delivery date within our delivery schedule.
 - Garden Furniture, Water Features and BBQs are likely to be delivered on a pallet, the Standard Pallet Delivery will take place within 7 – 10 working days
(excludes weekends and bank holidays) after your order is placed. - Once your order has been submitted and processed, if it is a pallet delivery then our selected courier will be in contact to book in the delivery with you and you will then receive a tracking link from our courier.
 - If you are a local customer your order may be delivered by one of our own vehicles and the driver will be in contact to confirm when he will deliver.
We will contact you on the morning of your delivery day to specify an arrival time. 
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Should you wish to cancel an order, please email info@raglangardencentre.co.uk or call 01291 690 751 to arrange.
We do ask if you have already been advised of a delivery date, that you contact us at LEAST one working day prior.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
DAMAGED ITEMS – although we try to ensure our packaging protects your goods throughout their journey, there are rare occasions when items may become damaged in transit. We do ask that you check you have the correct items and look for signs of damage prior to signing for the goods. Please note any concerns on the delivery note before the driver leaves. All collection costs will be met by Raglan when an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered. ONLY if this is noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
CHANGE OF HEART – if you simply change your mind about your items then please contact us on 01291 690 751 or email us at info@raglangardencentre.co.uk within 14 days of receipt to request collection. We will only accept returns that are unused. We will, unfortunately, have to charge you for collection. The collection costs are based on your locality to the garden centre and will be advised. We reserve the right to refund you the item’s original purchase price minus 20% should we find the item is not in the same condition as sold.
REFUNDS
Once goods have been returned refunds will be given via the original method of payment and at the same price as the original sale (including any discounts/special offer reductions). Refunds will be processed within 2 working days.
